I believe in turning ideas into meaningful impact—through building, mentoring, and innovating. My journey is driven by curiosity, resilience, and a passion for shaping the future through entrepreneurship.

I’ve been working in digital for over 17 years, 14 of them as an entrepreneur. I love building things from scratch and turning ideas into real businesses. I started leading sales at Bakeca.it, then became Sales Director at Glamoo.com, where I contributed to the company’s exit in 2011. Later, I worked as an innovation consultant, with my work published in Injections in Aesthetic Medicine.

In 2013, I co-founded Pony Zero, a logistics startup that hit €6M in annual revenue and exited in 2018. Today, I lead Mamazen, a Startup Studio in Turin, where we develop and launch validated startup ideas. I’m also CEO of IH1, sit on the boards of Morsy and Inpoi, and co-founded StudioHUB, the Italian startup studio community.

I mentor startups through Techstars, Avatech, and B-Heroes, and invest as a Business Angel and Club degli Investitori member. I share my insights in articles and in my book, Startup Studio Manifesto — exploring this model with passion and purpose.
